14-day refund
You can get a full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase. You do not need to explain why.
After 14 days
We also refund after 14 days when:
- Instant Apply never worked on your device and we could not fix it with you;
- you were charged twice or bought a key by mistake and have not activated it;
- you did not receive your key and we cannot deliver it;
- we stop providing Instant Apply, as described in our Terms of Service.
We consider other requests case by case.
How to request a refund
Bought through our reseller (the merchant of record named at checkout and on your receipt): request it through the link in your receipt, or email support@sdex.dev with the email address you used and the order number. The refund goes back to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Paid in cryptocurrency: email support@sdex.dev with the email address you used and the payment ID, and give us a wallet address for the refund. We refund the USD amount you paid, in cryptocurrency, to that address.
What happens to your license
A refund cancels the license key. Every device using it stops running Instant Apply at its next online check. The free editor keeps working, and IDs you have already saved stay in place.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit your rights under consumer law, including your rights if the product does not work as described.
